Minneapolis Man Leaves $1.4 million For September 11 Victims

(AP)-(Minneapolis)-Joe Temeczko, who willed that all he owned go to New York City to honor victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, left a total of more than $1.4 million, his attorney said.
The Polish emigre who was a prisoner of war during World War II left $1,414,356.46, said William Wangensteen on Tuesday. He said he'll send a check to the city.
